Based on the Classic board game launched by in 1934 (yes, it really is that old!), this slot gives you the chance to build an empire and win big!
This version on the Monopoly Slot is a 5 Reel, 9 Winline slot and remains relatively faithful to the board game with a lot of recognisable features from the board game, including Mr Monopoly himself (who used to be called Rich Uncle Moneybags, until he was rebranded by Hasbro in 1998 fact fans), Community Chest, Chance, Go and Jail features.

The Monopoly slot allows you to play for a minimum of 10p for 1 line at a 10p stake, up to £9 per spin for 9 lines at £1 each. Unlike a lot of slots, Monopoly only allows you to increase your sake by 4 integers – 10p, 20p, 50p and £1 (which reminds me of an old schoolboy joke, but that's not for here), which means that if you were to play all winlines, you can only play for either a 90p, £1.80, £4.50 or £9 stake – which seem unusual amounts to wager.

This 5 reel Monopoly slot has a surprisingly high number of features on it that can increase your chanes of winning. It also has a Wild Symbol (that Mr Monopoly again) which substitutes for all symbols apart from the Bonus symbols (both the ‘Community Chest Instant Bonus’ and the ‘Pass Go’ Bonus)

Community Chest Instant Bonus

Get the Community Chest ‘Instant Bonus’ symbol in any position on the last three reels and the bonus will trigger. You get to select one of three animated bonus symbols. This will give you a multiplier that is calculated to your total bet. This multiplied figure is the amount you win. The multipliers are 2x, 3x and 5x your total bet for that spin.

Pass Go Bonus

Getting 3 Bonus Dice symbol on a Win Line and you trigger the ‘Pass Go’ bonus. Select one of the dice and this will give you the number of dice rolls that you get in the bonus round. Once you select the dice and find out the number of dice rolls you get you will be taken to the Bonus Round board.

This board is very similar to a traditional Monopoly Board, and the free rolls work in pretty much the same way – click start and the dice will roll and your game piece (I always used to be the Ship!) will move around the board. Each time the game piece lands on a property the value of that property is added to your prize. If you get enough free rolls to go around the board once and pass go, then all prize values are double for the next trip around the board. Should you manage to go around again, then the prize values are tripled.

Within the Pass Go Bonus there are other bonuses that you can trigger.

The Chance Bonus

If you land on the Chance square on the board you will automatically moved to another board position at random, hopefully increasing your winnings.

Free Parking

In the 9 line Monopoly Slot, landing on the Free Parking will randomly award some more money that will be added to your win.

Go

If you manage to land on the Go square, all your winnings will be doubled.

Go To Jail

Normally in Monopoly, the Go To Jail square isn’t a good one to land on – however, in the 9 line Monopoly slot, you will get 3 chances to roll a double, and if you do you will get a multiplier bonus on your winnings. If you roll a double on your first try, you will get a 5x multiplier, on your second roll it goes down to a 3x multiplier, and if you get a double on your 3rd spin then you get a 2x multiplier. If you don’t roll a double, then you get no multiplier, but your bonus round doesn’t end.
